The Rapture is the first post-industrial musical production by Remanent. With the use of samples, synthesizers and sound-recordings The Rapture presents a strongly coherent musical unity. After a soundtrack-like introduction, we dive into a world of dark ambient spheres and unheimische rhythms. The Rapture presents a musical interpretation of old and new fantasies about the end of time, the apocalypse, revelations etc. In the end we are Left Behind. Remanent is a solo project of A.W.Schulte, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. |
